We want your Disney style to be magical, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid Disney shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn fashion items in their original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
